Spicy Peanut Sauce/Dressing
½ cup chunky peanut butter
½ cup chicken stock
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp hot chili paste or oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp minced ginger root
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp. rice wine vinegar
Combine all into a blender and pulse until all combined.
Perfect with Chicken Satay or use as a dressing for an Asian salad.
