Artichoke Casserole
Delicious quick and easy substitute for stuffed artichokes
ingredients
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 3 9 oz frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
directions
Place artichoke hearts in 9x14 baking dish. Mix all ingredients and spoon over artichoke hearts. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes then increase oven temperature to 375 degrees and bake until golden brown
