Grandma's Chicken Tetrazzinni
ingredients
- 6 ounces of spaghetti or fettuccine, cooked
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup light cream or milk
- 1/4 cup dry sherry cooking wine
- 1 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- Can sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup green or red pepper, chopped
- 2 cups chicken (cooked and diced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Melt margarine and blend in flour. Stir broth into mixture and add cream. Heat and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add sherry, salt, pepper, spaghetti, mushrooms, green peppers, and chicken.

Place in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
