Mom's Mac and Cheese
Because we know that mom’s homemade mac and cheese is better than Kraft will ever make
ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 C milk
- 1 block cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb elbow (or other) macaroni

Prepare macaroni per instructions on package

Melt butter over low heat
- 3
Add flour and stir constantly, remove from heat

Slowly add milk, stir constantly to eliminate lumps

Bring to boil

Lower heat, stirring constantly until desired thickness

Remove from heat

Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted

Mix into drained, cooked macaroni and season with salt and pepper to taste
