Chicken Casserole
ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup celery
- 1/2 sup chopped onion
- 4 cups chicken pieces
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- TOPPING
- 1 small package Pepperidge Farm Dressing
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine, melted
directions
Saute butter, celery and onion. Add chicken and broth. Then add mushrooms, soups and milk. Mix together. Put in 9x13 pan. Mix together dressing, 1 cup broth and 1 stick butter. Put mixture on top and cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove foil after 15 minutes.
