Company Mashed Potatoes

ingredients
- 3lbs potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
directions
Mash potatoes, mix with other ingredients and whip well. Place in a well greased casserole and refrigerate over night. Bring to room temperature and bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.
