Pumpkin Eggnog Chiffon Pie
ingredients
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t ginger
- 1/4 t cloves
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 2 eggs, separated
- 3/4 C egg nog
- 1 1/4 C pumpkin
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1/2 C sugar
- 9" baked shell
directions

Cook first 7 with yolks and eggnog until it coats metal spoon

Stir in pumpkin

Cool to lukewarm

Fold in sour cream

Chill till mounds slightly

Beat whites to soft peaks, add sugar

Fold in and add to shell
