Mrs. Donaldson's Green Jello Salad

ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 6 oz Lime Jello (or any flavor)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 small whip cream (no sugar)
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 pound can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

directions

    Mix jello and boiling water together, then add cold water. Cool until slightly jellied (looks like egg whites). Whip 1 small whip cream (no sugar) set aside then whip 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, set aside. Drain pineapple real good. Chop 1 cup of walnuts. Whip, whip cream and cream cheese together. Set aside.

    Whip Jello. Then whip Jello, cream cheese and whip together. Set in refrigerator 15-20 minutes.

    Chill pan your serving it in, in refrigerator, then carefully fold in pineapple and nuts. Chill in refrigerator for another 15 minutes. Stir the mixture one more time so pineapple and nuts won’t go to bottom. Then set in refrigerator for final setting.
