Shrimp Corn Soup
ingredients
- 1 Lb. Butter (2 Sticks)
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Pint Creole Seasoning Mix
- 1 Quart Milk
- 3 Cans Whole Corn
- 3 Cans Cream Corn
- 2 Cans Potato Soup
- 16 Oz. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 2 Lbs. Shrimp
- Tony Chachere’s, Lemon Pepper, and Season All
- 2 Cans Rotel Tomatoes
directions
Saute’ vegetables in butter until tender. Add flour, stir til blended. Add milk, corn, soup, shrimp and seasoning. Cook 40 minutes. Add cheese. Serve hot.
