Broccoli Puff Casserole
ingredients
- 2 10oz. Pkg. Frozen Chopped Broccoli (or Spinach)
- 1 Cup Bisquick Baking Mix
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
directions
Butter a 5 1/2 cup souffle dish or baking dish. Cook broccoli, drain. Beat Bisquick, milk, egg and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into dish. Bake at 325° for 1 hour until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve immediately.
notes
Convert to spinach puff by substituting chopped spinach for the broccoli.
