- 3 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch mix
- 1/4 c finely chopped onion (optional)
- 6 oz beer
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
directions

1. Mix cream cheese, ranch mix, and onion.

2. Add beer and shredded cheese.

3. Serve with crackers or veggies
