Under the sea salad
ingredients
- 1 large box lime jello
- 1-2 pears, diced
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
directions

Make jello according to directions on package.

When jello is half way set up, divide in 2 portions.

Mix 1st portion with pears and ginger

Mix 2nd portion with cream cheese
- 5
Layer in mold with 2nd portion on top. Place back in refrigerator until fully set up.

When ready to serve, turn upside down on plate. Add garnishes.
