Oriental Salad
ingredients
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 pkg ramen noodles (brooken)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 flavor pkg. from noodles
- 1/2 head cabbage
- bean sprouts (equal to cabbage)
- 2 cups fresh slices mushrooms
- 2 tbsp green onions

Toast first 4 ingredients at 350 degrees for 5 mins. Careful burns easily.

Remaining ingredients shake in a jar. Refrigerate until needed. Combine just before serving.
