Congo Bars
ingredients
- 2 3/4 self rising flour
- 2/3 cups vegetable oil
- 16 oz light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 6oz package semi sweet chocolate chips
- Chocolate Fudge Icing
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 block chocolate or 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Combine ingredients for bars and bake in greased pan for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

In a sauce pan, bring all icing ingredients except for vanilla to a rapid boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla, beat until creamy
