Vanilla Delight
John
ingredients
Crust- 1 cup self rising flower
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese (soft)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 of 13 oz Cool Whip
- 1 lg box of vanilla instant pudding (can substitute chocolate or lemon)
- 2 1/2 cups milk
directions
Crust
Mix together and press into 13X9 inch glass pan. Bake at 400 until golden brown. Cool.
2nd Layer
Mix all together and place on top of crust
3rd Layer
Mix together and place on top of 2nd layer
Topping
Add rest of Cool Whip and spread over 3rd layer. Top with chopped nuts.
