Aunt Doreen's Lemon Pound Cake
This easy to make lemon pound cake is great for any occasion.
ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 package lemon instant pudding
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- Glaze:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- splash of milk
directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together.

Grease and flour bundt pan.

Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.

Let cake cool on rack and glaze.
notes
I add a tbsp of poppy seeds if I have them on hand.
