ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 pkg whole wheat pita pockets
  • crumbled feta cheese or grated Parmesan
  • sliced hearts of romaine
  • jar roasted red peppers, sliced
  • olive oil

directions

  • 1

    - Warm olive oil over medium and cook

  • 2

    until doe (use any type of seasoning

  • 3

    desired- lemon, seasoned salt, etc.)

  • 4

    - Dice red peppers

  • 5

    - Chop lettuce

  • 6

    * Variation: to make chicken Caesar salad version lose the red peppers and toss all ingredients with Caesar dressing)
