Chicken Salad Pita Pockets
A a good lunch or light dinner meal.
ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 pkg whole wheat pita pockets
- crumbled feta cheese or grated Parmesan
- sliced hearts of romaine
- jar roasted red peppers, sliced
- olive oil
directions

- Warm olive oil over medium and cook

- Dice red peppers

- Chop lettuce

* Variation: to make chicken Caesar salad version lose the red peppers and toss all ingredients with Caesar dressing)
