Chicken Vegetable Soup

ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 small box frozen peas
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small pkg frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 can diced garlic roasted tomatoes
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 chopped celery spears
  • Oregano, salt, ground pepper, one bay leaf, parsley, celery seed
  • 2 chopped Idaho potatoes

    Boil chicken in 8 cups of water, cool broth, remove fat from broth and save. Chop chicken and add remaining ingredients to broth and simmer an low heat 1 hour.
