Onion Soup
ingredients
- 1/4 c margarine
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 t flour
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1/3 c dry white wine
- french bread
- cheese
directions
In 2-3 qt casserole, melt butter 45 seconds. Add onions, cover adn cook 20 minutes stirring every 3 minutes. Stir in flour and cook uncovered 1 minute. Stir in broth, wine and salt. Cook, covered 8 minutes.
