Green Beans with Bacon and Cranberries
Green beans with bacon, dried cranberries, garlic, and almonds.
ingredients
- 1 bag Fresh or frozen green beans
- 3 tbs, butter or olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- bacon bits
- dried cranberries
- chopped or sliced almonds
- salt
directions
Boil green beans in water for 5-7 minutes and strain. In a large skillet heat butter or oil with minced garlic. Add green beans. Saute for 5-7 minutes. Add bacon bits, dried cranberries, and almonds. Saute for 3 minutes or until heated through.
