Cheese hors d'oeuvres
ingredients
- 8 - 10 oz cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c sifted flour (Wondra)
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of cayenne
- dash Worcestershire

Let cheese and butter get to room temp.

Grate cheese

With the steel blade in the Cuisinart blend butter

Add cheese and flour, salt and pepper, cayenne and Worcestershire

Form into a roll on a floured board

Wrap in wax paper and keep in ice box (will keep up to two weeks)

Slice chilled into 1/4 slices

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet

at 350° for ten minutes
