Pork and beef cannelloni

  • 1/4 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 pack of asparagus, chopped
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 can fat-free mushroom soup
  • 1 pack of cannelloni noodles
  • 1 tin of tomato sauce
  • 1 tbs oregano
  • 1 tbs rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Cook beef, pork, onion, garlic, asparagus until meat is done. Add flour and mushroom soup. Mix together thoroughly.

    Cook the cannelloni noodles two at a time in boiling water until they are soft and easy to work with, roughly 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Take out of boiling water with a fork and dry them off.

    Spoon the meat sauce into the pasta, and wrap up in a spiral. Place in baking dish, one on top of each other. When the baking dish is full, cover with tomato sauce, oregano and rosemary.

    Cover with tinfoil and bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees c.
