Apple & Raspberry Crisp

ingredients

  • 6 cups peeled apples
  • 1 pkg unsweetened frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup margarine

    Combine apples, raspberries, sugar, flour & cinnamon gently. Pour into a deep dish microwavable pie plate. Combine rolled oats, sugar and cinnamon and cut in the margarine until crumbly. Spread over fruit mixture.

    Bake on high in microwave for 15 minutes.

notes

You can substitute blueberries or saskatoons for the raspberries.
