• 4 oz Italian sausage, casings removed
• 1/2 loaf day old French bread, broken into small pieces
• 3 T butter, melted
• 16 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 10 eggs
• 1/3 cup white wine
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
