Black Bean Soup

ingredients
- 2 cans black beans, undrained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 cups salsa
- 4 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- cilantro
directions

Combine 1 can beans and broth in blender, mix until smooth.

Saute onions and garlic over med heat for 4-5 mins, or until tender.

Add bean mixture, remaining beans, salsa, lime juice, cumin and red pepper.

Bring to boil.

Reduce heat to low and cover.

Cook for 25-30 mins, stirring occasionally.

Top with sour cream and cilantro.
