  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1 tbls corn syrup
  • 1/4 teas cream of tartar
  • 1/8 teas salt
  • 1 teas vanilla
Save a shopping List


Combine all ingredients except vanilla. Cook over rapidly boiling water beating with hand mixer until peaks form. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Continue beating until thick enough to spread.
