3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup buttermilk
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Oil for deep-frying
