Cucumber, Mango, & Black bean salsa
ingredients
- 1 c chopped, seeded cucumber (about 1 medium cucumber)
- 1/2 c chopped mango
- 1/2 c canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 T minced, seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1 T fresh orange juice
- 1/2 t salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring gently.

Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
