Hot Clam Dip
Great Warm Appetizer
ingredients
- 1 can minced clams
- 1 can whole clams
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 garlic clove minced
directions

Saute green pepper, onions and garlic with the margarine.

Do not brown just allow the vegetables to wilt.

Add bread crumbs and lemon juice to the sauteed mixture.

Bake in 450 degree oven uncovered in a small casserole dish or two small onion soup size ramekins for 20 minutes.

Serve with crackers or sliced french bread.
