Pudding Delight
ingredients
Layer 1- 1 c chopped pecans
- 2 c flour
- 1 c butter or margarine
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c Cool Whip
- 2 packages (4 oz) pudding (chocolate, vanilla, banana, lemon, butterscotch)
- 3 1/2 c milk
- Cool Whip

Layer 1
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2
Mix ingredients, press into 13x9” baking dish.

Bake about 20-30 minutes, or until set.

Cool completely.
Layer 2
- 1
Beat sugar & cream cheese.
- 2
Fold in Cool Whip.
- 3
Spread over cooled crust.
- 4
Chill.
Layer 3
- 1
Mix pudding with milk.
- 2
Spread over cream cheese mixture.
- 3
Chill.
Layer 4
- 1
Spread Cool Whip over top.
- 2
Garnish with chopped nuts, chocolate shavings, or whatever.
notes
*Variation: use pistachio pudding & add a 15 oz. can of crushed pineapple to layer 3.
