Creamy Spinach Dip
ingredients
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups of sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
- 8 oz water chestnuts
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
directions
Squeeze Spinach until dry. In a medium bowl stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water, chestnuts, and green onions. Cover, refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir before serving. If desired serve with pumpernickel bread or crackers
