Vegetarian Chowder
Wonderful vegetarian dish
ingredients
- 1 Lbs dry lima beans
- 1 c onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 celery, chopped
- 1/2 c butter or margarine
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 1/2 teas salt
- 1/4 teas pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 1 can (16 oz) tomatoes
- 1 can (16 oz) whole kernel corn
- 1/4 Lbs Monteray Jack cheese
- 1 large can of clams
