ingredients

  • 1 Lbs dry lima beans
  • 1 c onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1 1/2 teas salt
  • 1/4 teas pepper
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can (16 oz) tomatoes
  • 1 can (16 oz) whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 Lbs Monteray Jack cheese
