IHOP Pancakes
ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
directions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Cook pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
