Low-Fat Strawberry Cake
Easy, tasty, low calorie but you need a tight sealing bowl like tupperware. To make low calorie, use sugar free jello and cool whip instead of whipped cream
ingredients
- 1 prepared angel food cake
- Mix together:
- 1-6oz strawberry jello
- 2 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1# frozen strawberries
- Frost with whipping cream, whipped with sugar and vanilla.

Put cake in bowl upside down. Puncture cake with a fork. Pour jello strawberries mixture over cake. Put on lid and turn over, refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Remove from bowl and frost with whipping cream.
