Peanut Fudge Log

ingredients
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 T. butter, softened
- 2 T. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 T. orange juice
- 1 tsp. orange rind
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup chopped raisins
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
directions
In small bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, orange juice, orange rind and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add nuts and raisins; mix well. Roll into tow 10” logs; set aside. Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and slat. Heat until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; add 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Pat 1/2 of mixture into 3 1/2 x 10 “ oblong. Place 1 log in center of oblong; roll up and seal seam. Repeat for second log. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill until firm about 12 hour. Cut into 1/4 “ slices. (Note: Logs may be frozen up to one month.)
