Sour Cream Cookies

Grandma Margaret Pick’s fabulous sour cream sugar cookies, perfected by Jenny over the years.
ingredients
- 2 C sugar
- 1 C fat (butter I assume)
- 1 C sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t vanilla
- flour enuf to roll (I seem to remember this is about 6C)
directions

Cream the sugar, butter and sour cream. Add eggs, soda and vanilla. Add flour 1 cup at a time, until you are able to roll the dough, about 6 cups worth.

Roll out to 1/4" this=ck and cut with cookie cutters. Bake XX minutes at XXX degrees.

Grandma Pick hand copied this recipe 9 times for her grandchildren so we'd all have a copy. "Enuf" was her own jazzy abbreviation.
