Mix one egg with milk in a bowl - set aside.

Mix flour with Lawry’s Season Salt (lots) and pepper.

Heat oil in fry pan - “5” or “6” on stove.

Dip meat in egg/milk, then in flour.

Brown in hot oil 10 minutes.

Dump grease.

Lower heat to “3”.

Put 1/2 can of soup, milk on bottom of pan.

Put meat on top covered with the rest of the soup.

Cover.

Turn meat periodically.

Cook 25 minutes covered - then cook ten more minutes uncovered.
