Petit Puffs
Joey’s favorite from Millis Elementary school teacher Maureen Maguire
ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 C melted butter
- Mix:
- 1 C Bisquick
- 2 T sugar
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 T butter
- 2 T egg
- 1/4 C milk
directions

Mix 1/3 C sugar and cinnamon & set aside

Mix bisquick, sugar, nutmeg, 1 T butter, egg, milk until moist

Melt 1/4 C butter & set aside
- 4
Grease little muffin tins and fill.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Immediately roll in butter and sugar mixture & eat while warm.
