Mouth watering Tex-Mex Chili

ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 envelopes Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (16 oz) can black beans (undrained)
  • 1 (16 oz) can pinto or great northern (undrained)
  • 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans (undrained)
  • 1 (14.5 oz)can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 2 (11 oz) cans corn (drained)
  • 1 (10 oz) ca Rol-tel tomatoes w/green chilies (mild or original)
  • Scoops tortilla chips
  • Shredded mild cheddar

    1. Brown beef with onions. Drain and add remaining ingredients (except the chips and cheese).

    2. Boil and reduce heat for an hour to an hour and a half.

    3. Serve topped with cheese or sour cream and with chips.
