Santa Fe Soup
Mouth watering Tex-Mex Chili
ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 envelopes Ranch dressing mix
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cups water
- 1 (16 oz) can black beans (undrained)
- 1 (16 oz) can pinto or great northern (undrained)
- 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans (undrained)
- 1 (14.5 oz)can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 2 (11 oz) cans corn (drained)
- 1 (10 oz) ca Rol-tel tomatoes w/green chilies (mild or original)
- Scoops tortilla chips
- Shredded mild cheddar

1. Brown beef with onions. Drain and add remaining ingredients (except the chips and cheese).

2. Boil and reduce heat for an hour to an hour and a half.

3. Serve topped with cheese or sour cream and with chips.
