Jeanne's Champagne Cake

- 1 box (1 lb. 2 1/4 oz) moist white cake mix
- 1 1/4 cup extra dry champagne
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 can whipped white frosting
- 1/4 tsp champagne flavoring

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray the bottom of a 9x13" cake pan with oil. Combine cake mix, champagn, vegetable oil and egg whites in a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer on low until smooth. Scrape excess batter with spatula and continue mixing on medium for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into cake pan and back for 30-35 minutes. Do the toothpick test to see if it is ready. Take cake out to cool.

Empty frosting into bowl with champagne flavoring. Stir well.
