Ham and Cheese Pate
ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple -- drained
- 2 cups pecans -- chopped fine
- 1/4 cup green pepper -- chopped fine
- 1/2 pound ham -- chopped fine
- 1 scallion -- chopped
- salt and pepper

Mash together cream cheese and pineapple. Add 1 cup pecans, the green pepper, ham and scallion and combine. Shape into a ball and roll the mixture in remaining pecans.

Refrigerate and serve on a tray surrounded by assorted crackers.

You can substitute green onions for the scallion.
