Hot Stuffed French Rolls
A great party appetizer
ingredients
- 22-24 french rolls, cut off top & hollow center
- 1 pt crushed olives
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- 4-5 hard boiled eggs, grated
- 1 bell pepper, finely diced
- 4 scallions, finely diced
- 1 10oz can enchilada sauce
directions
Mix all ingredients besides rolls. Stuff rolls and wrap in wax paper. Warm in slow oven (250-300) for 1 hour or check to see if cheese is melted sooner.
