Jalapeño Corn Bread

ingredients
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. bacon grease
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. soda or 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can cream corn
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lg. jalapeño pepper
directions
Mill all the ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
