Crock Pot Tamales
A crock pot take of a portuguese dish
ingredients
- 5 cans tamales, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can corn
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
- 1 can sliced olives
directions
Grease bottom of crockpot. Mix tomato sauce and chili powder together. Place halved tamales in bottom of pot and layer with onion, corn and tomato sauce. Sprinkle cheese over top and then add olives. Cook on high for 2 hours or low 5-7 hours.
