SALMON PATTIES
ingredients
- 1-6 oz skinless boneless pink salmon (drained)
- 1/4 C dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 C finely chopped onion
- 2 T mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 t parsley flakes
- 1/8 t garlic salt
directions
Mix well and shape into four patties, fry in cooking oil until cooked through and browned on both sides. Serve with or without hamburger.
