SALMON PATTIES

ingredients

  • 1-6 oz skinless boneless pink salmon (drained)
  • 1/4 C dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C finely chopped onion
  • 2 T mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1 t parsley flakes
  • 1/8 t garlic salt

directions

Mix well and shape into four patties, fry in cooking oil until cooked through and browned on both sides. Serve with or without hamburger.
