Carmel Apple Salad
ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
- 1 - 8 oz. Crushed Pineapple,
- drained (save juice)
- 4 C. diced Apples (2 large)
- 1 C. Cocktail Peanuts- salted
- 1 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 Egg

Mix flour, sugar, vinegar and pineapple juice well...add beaten egg. Cook until thick and cool.

Mix pineapple, apples and nuts together with thickened flour mixture. Fold in Cool Whip--refrigerate.
