Cheese & Olive Balls
Popular during 1950’s cocktail parties. Easy to make & freeze in advance.
ingredients
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated, about 1/2 pound.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 48 small pimento stuffed olives
directions

Blend cheese with butter. Add flour, salt, paprika.

Mix well.

Wrap 1 teaspoon of mixture around each olive.

Freeze until ready to bake, then thaw and bake in 425 degree oven for 12 minutes.
