• 1/3 c. cocoa
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. melted margarine

Filling

• 3 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
• 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 c. mini chocolate chips, dusted in a teaspooon of flour
