Hash Brown Casserole
ingredients
- 1 large bag hash browns (approx. 3 pounds)
- 1 large onion chopped (approx 3/4 cups)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 cups shreaded sharp cheddar or colby cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- crushed corn flakes (1-2 cups)

mix all ingredients except butter and corn flakes in a large bowl.

spread in a greased 11“ x 17” x 2" pan
- 3
melt butter and drizzle on top of mixture then top with corn flakes

bake 350° for 45 - 60 minutes or until bubbles
