Drunken Brie

ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1 T. brandy
  • 1 14oz round brie

directions

    1) Mix all together except for brie.

    2) Chill for 24 hours up to a week.

    3) Place brie on an ovenproof platter or pie plate.

    4) Bake 4 or 5 minutes or until brie is slightly softened.

    5) Spread the sugar mixture in an even layer on top of the warm brie and bake an additional 5 minutes or until sugar melts.

    6) Serve with cracker, pear or apple wedges.

  • 7

    *Be sure to put lemon juice on fruit wedges so they do not get brown.
